5:40 p.m. After a routine traffic stop, Frederick Arthur Casady from Enterprise was arrested and charged with DUII and was later released to a third party.

7:44 p.m. Report of subject bit by dog at Wallowa Lake.

8:05 p.m. Received a report of a missing female blue merle Australian shepherd dog from Eggleson and Williamson Road in rural Enterprise.

3:38 p.m. After a report of an unwanted person at a residence in Joseph, deputies responded and arrested Shawn Patrick Hepburn, Everett, Wash., on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession methamphetamine, and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.

8:04 p.m. Dead yearling calf in the road in an open range area in rural Enterprise.

8:24 p.m. After a routine traffic stop, Alexandria Jo Neitch of Elgin was cited for driving while suspended/violation.

9:45 p.m. 911 reporting a dog bite victim at Wallowa Memorial Hospital.

10:07 p.m. 911 call reporting a missing person. Subject located shortly after the initial report.

July 4

7:29 a.m. Road hazard reported on Highway 82 milepost 43.

1:53 p.m. 911 call for ambulance out Promise Road for 10-year-old child run over by a cow.

6:09 p.m. Brown and white dog seen near Deer Ridge in rural Wallowa.

6:14 p.m. Dead deer blocking the roadway in rural Lostine.

7:54 p.m. Report of cattle loose on Hurricane Creek Road.

8:19 p.m. 911 call reporting loud music in Wallowa.

8:34 p.m.Lost male fawn-colored Pug in Joseph.

July 5

12:17 a.m. Disturbance in Wallowa.

12:36 a.m. Noise complaint in Joseph.

12:50 a.m. Fire reported in Enterprise.

7:21 a.m. Following a report of hit and run property damage from rural Wallowa, sherrif's deputies arrested Victoria Lynette Skillings, 50, of Wallowa for DUII and hit and run/ property damage. Suspect was cited and released.

8:07 a.m. Suspicious person at the Justice Center. Ronnie Lee Bruce, 62, Enterprise, was arrested by Enterprise Police Department for second-degree disorderly conduct; transported to Union County Jail.

3:49 p.m. Report of a suspicious female in Enterprise.

9:11 p.m. 911 call regarding suspicious person in rural Enterprise.

9:40 p.m. Traffic stop in Enterprise.

9:46 p.m. Arrested Gary A. Power, 21, of Enterprise; cited for DUII and released to sober third party.

Circuit Court

June 29

Michael L. Colvin, 29, Baker City, probation violation (original charges, attempted first degree burglary and fourth-degree Sec. 3 assault), probation revoked and reinstated with modified conditions, including 60 days jail with credit for time served, alcohol/ drug evaluation and treatment, to attend AA or NA classes twice a week and parenting classes as ordered by probation officer.

Lawrence A. Mock, 25, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to stalking, 24 months bench probation, 90 days jail with credit for time served, no contact with victim and write letter of apology to victim, enroll/complete ManKind program, $1,000 fine w/$800 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 Assessment (for crimes against persons), $133 fees; additional charge, telephonic harassment, 24 months bench probation, 30 days jail concurrent with Count 1, $1,133 fine and fees suspended; third charge, contempt of court, 24 months bench probation, 30 days jail concurrent with Count 1, $633 fine and fees suspended.

Lawrence A. Mock, pleaded guilty to strangulation in separate case, 40 hours community service, 31 days jail with credit for time served, no contact with/write letter of apology to victim, $3,000 fine with $2,400 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 Assessment, $233 fees; additional charge, fourth-degree assault, dismissed.

June 30

Zachry Aaron Fisher, 25, Enterprise, arraigned on charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Stephanie M. Gross, 18, Joseph, failed to appear for scheduled arraignment on charges of manufacturing marijuana/felony, possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana for no consideration; a warrant was issued.

Arthur Ray Haskins, 51, Enterprise, arraigned on show cause order/probation violation (original charge, DUII).

Jesse Allen Smith, 34, Elgin, arraigned on charge of telephonic harassment.

Andrea Rodiguez, 32, Joseph, arraigned on charges of driving while suspended/misdemeanor and contempt of court/remedial.

Cassi Cheri Sidoti, 23, Enterprise, arraigned on charges of fourth-degree assault, two counts of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Fish/game cases

June 30

Clayton J. Lowe, 23, pleaded guilty to hunting on cultivated/enclosed land of another without permission, reduced from misdemeanor to violation, three-year suspension of hunting license, six-month bench probation, 20 hours community work service, provide letter of apology to John and Rene Thompson, $500 fine with $300 suspended, $133 fees; additional charge, wildlife violation, dismissed.

Chance L. Appleford, 26, La Grande, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass with firearm, six-month bench probation, 15 hours community work service, provide letter of apology to John and Rene Thompson, $500 fine with $300 suspended, $133 fees.
