7:21 a.m. Following a report of hit and run property damage from rural Wallowa, sherrif's deputies arrested Victoria Lynette Skillings, 50, of Wallowa for DUII and hit and run/ property damage. Suspect was cited and released.
8:07 a.m. Suspicious person at the Justice Center. Ronnie Lee Bruce, 62, Enterprise, was arrested by Enterprise Police Department for second-degree disorderly conduct; transported to Union County Jail.

9:11 p.m. 911 call regarding suspicious person in rural Enterprise.

Colvin, 29, Baker City, probation violation (original charges, attempted first degree burglary and fourth-degree Sec. 3 assault), probation revoked and reinstated with modified conditions, including 60 days jail with credit for time served, alcohol/ drug evaluation and treatment, to attend AA or NA classes twice a week and parenting classes as ordered by probation officer.
Lawrence A. Mock, 25, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to stalking, 24 months bench probation, 90 days jail with credit for time served, no contact with victim and write letter of apology to victim, enroll/complete ManKind program, $1,000 fine w/$800 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 Assessment (for crimes against persons), $133 fees; additional charge, telephonic harassment, 24 months bench probation, 30 days jail concurrent with Count 1, $1,133 fine and fees suspended; third charge, contempt of court, 24 months bench probation, 30 days jail concurrent with Count 1, $633 fine and fees suspended.
Lawrence A. Mock, pleaded guilty to strangulation in separate case, 40 hours community service, 31 days jail with credit for time served, no contact with/write letter of apology to victim, $3,000 fine with $2,400 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 Assessment, $233 fees; additional charge, fourth-degree assault, dismissed.

Zachry Aaron Fisher, 25, Enterprise, arraigned on charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Stephanie M. Gross, 18, Joseph, failed to appear for scheduled arraignment on charges of manufacturing marijuana/felony, possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana for no consideration; a warrant was issued.
